Shipping

Herbal Products and Development ships via UPS to every state besides Hawaii and Alaska. We ship via USPS to every state in the United States. We only charge you for shipping and do not charge a handling fee. We recommend the Post Office as the shipping choice for small to medium orders as it is the most cost-effective to a residence. The Post Office delivers most packages in 2 days. UPS takes up to 5 business days to deliver packages depending on the distance from California. UPS charges a few dollars less for shipping to a business address. We do not use distributors and therefore, we find it to be very costly to ship out of the country except for Canada in some instances.

Returns

We accept returns on products within 3 months of the purchase date. If you purchased our product from a store, please return it to the location where it was purchased. We will not accept empty or almost empty bottles unless they are being returned due to a physician’s orders.

Only 1–2% of our customers return their products, however, we try to assist them in as timely a manner as possible. We will refund 100% of your returned product as soon as we have received and inspected the package. Please ship all returns to the address noted below — there is no return validation required. We do not reimburse shipping costs.
